PURPOSE:To feed chips to glass-sealed section with an accurate positioning by turning over pellets by 180 deg. as aligned and sucked being oscillated with a piston crank mechanism after they are positioned with the fixing of a cam. CONSTITUTION:For example, a plurality of pellets 1 such as double heat sink diodes are placed on an aligning trays 13 to feed to sealing jigs 31. A recess 34 having a sucking hole is arranged on each tray 13 at a position corresponding to a glass tube bonsing section 32 of the jig 31. The trays are reciprocated with a connecting rod 18 linked to a cam 16 so that the pellets 1 on the trays 13 are held and sucked into the recess. Then, a stopper 21 is engaged with a concave section provided in the cam 16 to fix the trays 13 in place and then, a base 7 is inverted with a shaft 9 as fulcrum. If the relative position is adjusted beforehand between the jig 31 and the trays 13, a number of pellets can be fed to the jig 31 collectively. Such automation can improve the workability. |
