PURPOSE:To enable to display the usage state of incorporated memory cells, even if the storage section is removed out of the pickup section, by providing a detection circuit and display element detecting if each memory cell is used or not in use. CONSTITUTION:A detecting circuit detecting if each of memory cells is used or not in use is provided for a pickup 2 having image sensors converting objective image into electric signals and an electronic camera having a plurality of memory cells storing electric signals for one frame's share of the objective. Further, a display device 201 which makes display according to the output of this detecting circuit, e.g., using a liquid crystal, is provided. |
