摘要 PURPOSE:To realize a mesuring method free of an individual difference by taking a picture of the image of a measurement pattern projected on the slit-image focusing detection part of a focal plane by a telecamera and by finding the position of a measurement pattern on the basis of the image pickup signal. CONSTITUTION:On the optical axis of the finder 10 of a camera 7 to be measured, a telecamera 11 which takes a picture of a measurement pattern projected on the slit-image focusing detection part 9a of a focal plane 9 is installed and the image pickup signal of the telecamera 11 is passed through a video sensor 12 and a gate circuit 13 to form an image on a cathode-ray tube 14 as shown by slanted-line parts in the figure. The figure shows measurement patterns in focus, and before and after the focusing position from the left successively. The video sensor 12 has sensor markers for detecting whether split images coincide with each other or which direction the images shift in by integrating output levels of scanning lines (b) and (c) crossing parts shown by alternately dotted chain lines, and position information detected by the sensor markers is passed through the gate circuit 13 to project display images, shown by ''+'' and ''-'', of the position information on the cathode- ray tube 14 by a display signal generator 15.
