PURPOSE:To automatically restart an inverter without operating a protector for the inverter even if a momentary power interruption occurs and to continue its operation by always tightening an electromagnetic brake when a momentary interruption protecting function is operated. CONSTITUTION:Before an operation is started, an electromagnetic contactor 3 for a brake is energized to release an electromagnetic brake 2. Simultaneously, an output is produced from the base drive controller 10 of a transistor inverter 9, a low frequency voltage is applied to a 3-phase induction motor 1 to start the motor 1. When a momentary power interruption detector 11 is operated, the output of an inverter 4 is stopped, the contactor 3 is opened, the brake 2 tightens to abruptly brake the motor 1. Then, when the power is recovered, the contactor 3 is energized to release the brake 2, and the motor 2 is automatically restarted. |
