PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of deviation by winding a sheet member to which an excess length part is attached on a cylindrical body provided in the connection and thereby bringing the whole face of the sheet member into face contact with the face of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:An excess length part 5' is hung on the locking part 13 and fixed, and plate members 10, 10 are brought near to each other and the locking part 13 is covered together with the excess length part. Then, insertion parts 12 of the body 11 are inserted successively into plural slits 8 of the sheet member 7 alternately from the opposite direction. When all the excess length parts 5' are inserted into the slits 8 of the sheet member 7, excess length parts 5' are removed from the locking part 13, and only jig 9 is pulled out from the slit 8. After attaching the excess length part to the sheet member 7, the sheet member 7 is wound around a cylindrical body 4 and fixed by a proper means. The whole surface of the sheet member 7 comes into face contact with the cylindrical body 4, the sheet member 7 hardly deviates from the wound position even when an external force is applied to the connection. Thus, generation of flaws on the excess length part can be prevented effectively. |
