In a device comprising a container (3) for the test specimen (4) with electrodes (28) and (34) mounted coaxially inside it, the container (3) is executed as a sleeve (8) provided with a removable bottom (9) and closed with a cap (10). The cap (10) has a cylindrical flange (11) embracing the sleeve (8) and an annular projection (12) located inside the sleeve (8) and is provided with an opening (13) in which the electrodes (28) and (34) are arranged with the possibility of their axial displacement along the container (3) and of their fixation in relation to the latter.
