<p>In this propelling pencil the feed of the lead is effected by a pusher (12) by means of mechanical nippers. The nippers (25) are provided at the end thereof with a tongs' head shaped like a sphere (33) adhered into an inner cone of the sleeve (27). In the casing (7) there is arranged a spring device for the axial backward and forward motions of the moving lead, having clamping pliers (50, 51) for the spring controlled lead. The clamping pliers are also movable by the thrust of the pusher (21). The nippers (25) comprising the lead nipping device (10) is not in direct connection with the lead feed and backward motion device (12). Thereby, an automatic transport of the lead during writing is provided and, if desired, a manual feed of the lead is also possible. </p> |
