PURPOSE:To make amplification for fine current stable with a simple circuit, by quantitizing a signal energy through the integration of a fine voltage for a given period and converting the fine signal into a signal with comparatively high level. CONSTITUTION:An input signal having a fine amplitude is stored in a capacitor 2. The charging voltage of the capacitor 2 changes with a time constant determined with the capacitor 2 and the switching period of a switch 3 to produce a signal voltage having amplitude possible for stable amplification. Although this signal voltage is amplified at an amplifier 4, since the signal level is comparatively greater, the effect of an offset and drift of the amplifier 4 is less for achieving stable operation. |
