摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent an output from lowering and to improve stability by forming a film of resin cured by ultraviolet rays on a thin magnetic film. CONSTITUTION:A solution of resin cured by ultraviolet rays, such as vinylcyclohexene diepoxide, which uses as a diluting agent a <=200ppm water content organic solvent, such as ethyl acetate and ''Cellosolve acetate '' is applied over a thin magnetic film and the solvent is vaporized by a hot blast; and the resin is cured by ultraviolet rays irradiation to form a thin resin film.
