PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of a tank, and to prevent the secondary disaster, by arranging reinforcing members at the inside of a tank cover, and fixing only the vicinity of both ends thereof to the inner surface of the cover. CONSTITUTION:The cover 3 is placed so as to block the upper opening part of a tank wherein a transformer main body 1 and insulating oil are enclosed. A plurality of the reinforcing members 8 are arranged at the inner surface of said cover 3. Only the vicinity of both ends of said reinforcing members 8 are fixed to the cover 3 by welding 9. In this method, the deformation due to an external vacuum pressure at the time of injecting the insulating oil can be avoided by the rigidity of the reinforcing members 8 arranged in the cover 3. With respect to the internal pressure, the bending rigidity of the reinforcing members 8 at the inside of the cover 3 is not related to said internal pressure, and large swelling deformation occurs in the cover 3 due to its own bending rigidity. Thus, the breakage of the tank is avoided, and the secondary disaster such as oil bursting, fire, and the like can be prevented. |
