The base (7) is hollow and basin shaped and is cast in an inverse mould so that, when the concrete is set the mould and concrete must be turned over before the mould is withdrawn. The intermediate slab is placed on the base piece with its edge set back to provide a seating for the walls. The walls can be fixed to the base either with square plates (12) with bolts or the base and the intermediate slab can be provided with starter bars (13) so that the concrete walls can be cast in situ.
