PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device and lighten the weight and reduce the cost and reduce input capacity, by combining a rectifier circuit with input control function and output voltage increasing function, with an inverter. CONSTITUTION:An energy control section 2 is worked to form an input terminal, a first energy storage section 1, the energy control section 2, and a circuit for the other end of input, and energy is stored at the first energy storage section 1. After that, the energy control section 2 is controlled, and the input terminal, the first energy storage section 1, the energy control section 2, a second energy storage section 3, and the circuit of the energy control section 2 and the other end of input are formed, and energy is fed to the second energy storage section 3. By an energy storage control circuit 5, input voltage is detected, and the energy control section 2 is controlled. A DC/AC exchanging section 4 on the output side is controlled by a DC/AC conversion control circuit 6.
