PURPOSE:To synthesize one of solid isomers with a good yield by photoirradiating a specific compound in the formation of a complex with a host compound to effect photo-cyclization reacting. CONSTITUTION:A compound in the formula I (R' is selected from H, CH3 or the like or two of R' are selected from -CH2S, X -CH2-, X is CH2, O, -CH2-CH2-, and R'' is alkyl, cycloalkyl or aromatic group constituted of C15 or less) is photoirradiated and photocyclization reacted under the formation of a complex with a host compound in the formulas II, III and IV (R is a cyclic alkyl composed of 3-6C). Then, the formed substance is separated by distillation extraction and the like. Said reaction is important for synthesizing beta-lactum skeleton taking much weight in antibiotics and desired isomers can be prepared with a good yield. |
