PURPOSE:To suppress the deterioration of playback picture due to fixed pattern noise, by picking up an original pattern with a sensor and picking up it through the movement of a multiple of a unit video element pitch with the sensor attached to the original. CONSTITUTION:An original 11 having a given unit picked-up region is formed on a sensor 13 with a lens system 12. The picture output picked up at the sensor 13 is not outputted as it is, but inputted to a delay line 16 by connecting a selector switch 14 to a terminal 15a. Next, the sensor 13 is shifted by twice the video element pitch toward video element arranging direction, the selector switch 14 is switched to a terminal 15b and the same original is picked up at the sensor 13 again. The playback picture not affected with fixed pattern noise can be obtained through the logical operation of the output of the delay line 16 and this output at an OR circuit. |
