PURPOSE:To transfer the shape of a specimen surely on a transparent film by providing a transfer means which transfers the surface patterns of the specimen such as hair on a supplied transparent film. CONSTITUTION:A transparent film 1 is run from a supply reel 2 to a take-up reel 3 by way of a feed roller 27 having a liquid-contg. band 9, by which liquied 10 is coated on the hair 13 which is a specimen 12. The hair 13 is pressed by rollers 15, 16 onto the film 1, whereby the cuticle of the hair 13 is profiled on the film 1. When the leading end 28 of the hair 13 arrives at the position of a photocoupler 18, a motor 4 is stopped by an output signal, and the transparent film 1 dissolved by the liquid 10 is stopped. When the film 1 dries of itself, the motor 4 resumes running, and the haair 13 is stripped by a stripping die 7. Where the cuticle part comes to the position of an objective lens 19, the running of the film 1 is slowed down and the image magnified by a microscope 23 is observed on a projecting screen 25. |
