PURPOSE:To stick sheet pieces onto a paper card, by arranging the sheet pieces in a semi-extracted condition, lowering a vacuum head onto a plastic sheet having an adhesive layer to absorb each sheet piece, extracting each sheet piece, and rotating the sheet pieces eccentrically by 180 deg.. CONSTITUTION:A polyvinyl chloride sheet 1 is provided with an adhesive layer 2 at its back surface. The sheet 1 comprises a silicone layer 3 and a base paper sheet 4 in turn under the adhesive layer 2. The sheet is punched at a part corresponding to about a half of the periphery of a record b. The punching is done to the silicone layer 3. The adhesive layer 2 is exposed at the under surface of the record b absorbed by a vacuum head B. When the record b is carried above a card and the positioning of the card is finished, the vacuum head B is lowered and automatically controlled to adhere the record onto the card. |
