PURPOSE: A stereoscopic image camera apparatus and a camera mounting apparatus thereof equipping two cameras are provided to freely adjust the focal distance with a convergence angle by a user. CONSTITUTION: A mounting support(130) offers a reference plane on which two cameras(110,120) are to be mounted. The first and the second fixing shafts are respectively installed in the different location on the arbitrary straight line in the reference plane. The first and second fixing shafts are combined with the camera in order to rotate two cameras. An apparatus for controlling turning movement establishes in the mounting support. While the apparatus for controlling turning movement has the rotation angle based on each fixing rotation axis.
