PURPOSE:To perform storage under time control even when triggering requirements are not met, by performing storage synchronizing with a trigger signal in free- run mode, by associating timers for storing operation control and storage display control with each other. CONSTITUTION:When a free-run mode is set by connecting a switch 11 to a lower contact, a storage control circuit 8 is actuated by a timer 12 and when a signal synchronizing with a trigger signal is inputted from a trigger signal detecting circuit 7 to the timer 12 within the timer time, an input waveform is written in a storage element 4 via the circuit 8. A timer 9, on the other hand, starts operation on writing the data and, while stopping a display control circuit 10 a set time later, actuates the timer 12. Therefore, if the trigger signal is not detected within the set time of the timer 12, a set-time completion signal is inputted from the timer 12 to the circuit 8, so that even if triggering requirements are not met, waveform storage under time control is performed. |
