Concrete slab casting method - uses vertical bars forming cores enclosed by lost sleeves and extracted after compaction

The method produces slab-type concrete components by casting between vertical shuttering walls. Vertical bars or tubes (6) forming core supports are inserted in the space between these walls (7), enclosed in lost sleeves (9). Concrete is then poured into the remaining space and compacted by vibration, after which the supports are extracted from the sleeves. The supports can be extracted vertically upwards or downwards, and the sleeves can be of hard plastic foam, their internal cross-section being different from the external one.
