Pressure equal to the external pressure of the machine having the rotating shaft (5) is applied to one end, both ends of the interior of the seal (12) in the rotating shaft (5) having at least one shaft seal (12), and the pressure of the seal (12) is thereby balanced so as to control the pressure on the seal. </p> |
