PURPOSE:To faithfully reproduce a rectangular printed document on a can side wall by reducing the rectangular printed document in the height direction, and thereafter, generating a printing plate having an annular surface of the same area as the rectangle, printing the document to a stock and manufacturing a thinning drawing printed can. CONSTITUTION:By considering a fact that the side wall part is extended in the height direction by drawing and redrawing with respect to a rectangular printed document, a digital image processing for reducing a document image in the height direction is executed. Subsequently, an image processing for developing the document image brought to reduction processing to the annular surface of almost the same area as the rectangle is executed and the printing plate 7 is generated. Next, the image is printed to the stock 6 by using this printing plate 7, the printed stock 6a is formed to a pre-drawing cup, and thereafter, by using a redrawing die whose curvature is small, bending and unbending are generated, the wall part is thinned and a thinning drawing printed can 1 is manufactured. |
