PURPOSE:To prevent the damage and slippage of a rubber elastic body due to horizontal force by holding reinforcing plates on one surface or both surfaces of the rubber elastic body in the vertical direction by means of a plurality of fixing pieces. CONSTITUTION:The reinforcing plates 12 are mounted on either upper or lower one sueface or both surfaces of the rubber elastic body 11. A plurality of the fixing pieces 14 with flanges 15 are fitted to the reinforcing plates 12 and the elastic body 11, pins 19, tips thereof have spherical sections, are inserted into the hollow sections of the fixing pieces 14, and the spherical sections are pressed into fitting holes 13 formed to the elastic body 11, thus firmly mounting the fixing pieces 14. |
