PURPOSE:To enable reliable stoppage of an actuator, by a method wherein a direction switching valve is located between an actuator and an one-way discharge variable displacement pump 13, blocking the connection with the actuator at the neutral position of said valve while it is connected to a closed circuit at the direction switching position. CONSTITUTION:At the position between a motor 3 and the one way discharge variable displacement pump 13, the direction switching valve 14 is provided. With said valve at a neutral position, connection lines 4 and 5 to the motor 3 are blocked, and this permits the certain stoppage of the motor 3. With the direction-switching valve 14 changed over, a pump 13 is connected to the motor 3 to run the motor 3. Discharge oil from the motor 3 is induced into the pump 13 through the direction- switching valve 14. The circuit is constituted such that the discharge amount from the pump 13 is simultaneously regulated by the control lever of the direction switching valve 14. |
