PURPOSE:To facilitate the position adjustment of a spot beam by rotating and adjusting finely a wedge prism, in a plane, intersecting an optical axis at right angles. CONSTITUTION:The wedge prism 17 is fixed in a cylindrical prism holder 20, and the prism holder 20 is mounted on a prism stand, in which a V-groove 21 is formed in a hollow groove, and is capable of rotating in the V-groove 21 and in the plane, intersecting the optical axis at right angles. A minus groove 23 is formed along the optical axis direction on the upper side of the prism holder 20, and a plate spring 24 is fixed so as to cover the minus groove 23. The plate spring 24 wraps slightly the peripheral surface of the prism holder 20 and is brought into contact with it, and the both ends of the plate spring 24 are fixed to the both sides of the hollow groove of the prim stand 22 having the V-groove 21, by vises 25. For changing the azimuth for the purpose of the fine adjustment of the beam spot, the prism holder 20 is adjusted in a space, surrounded by the V-groove 21 and the plate spring 24, by setting an eccentric driver upright to the minus groove 23 of the prism holder 20 through a through hole 24a, and rotating it. |
