PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned product under preventing generation of a break, a deformation and warpings in the dimensional accuracy thereof by a method wherein the end of a window glass is inserted into the inner peripheral rim of a cavity while the end of a metallic frame member is inserted into the outer peripheral rim of the cavity to effect an injection molding. CONSTITUTION:When an article, in which the weather strip 11 connected with the metallic frame section 12 such as a sash, a molding or the like at the periphery thereof is connected to the outer periphery of the window glass 10, is formed, the end 10d of the window glass 10 is inserted into the inner peripheral rim of the cavity 4 of a mold 20 while the window glass 10 is inserted into parting sections 8, 8 and is pinched by pinching sections 5, 5. The end 12a of the metallic frame member 12 is inserted into the outer peripheral rim of the cavity 4 while the metallic frame member 12 is inserted into the parting sections 8, 8. A heated and molten thermoplastic synthetic resin is injected under a high pressure and is poured into the cavity 4 to effect an integral molding without heating said mold 20. |
