<p>PURPOSE:To conduct the measurement of the displacement of a member to be detected advantageously by a method wherein a moving core mounted inside a bobbin on which primary and secondary coils are wound or a moving case attached outside the bobbin is formed by low permeable conductive metal, and high-frequency exciting currents are flowed through the primary coil. CONSTITUTION:The primary and secondary coils 16, 18 and 16, 19 are each wound in two grooves 13, 14 with the same dimensions for winding the coils of the nonmagnetic plastic hollow bobbin 11 to which the grooves 13, 14 and a slit 15 in the axial direction drawing a coil outgoing line are mounted, and primary and secondary outgoing lines 17, 20, 21 are drawn up to end sections by utilizing the inside of the slit 15. The moving core 22 supported by a plastic supporting bar 23 constituting the member to be detected is attached into a hollow hole 12 of the bobbin 11, and a differential detector is formed. In this constitution, the low permeable material of 10<-3>-10<-6> of specific magnetic permeability is used as the core 22, and the frequency of exciting currents applied to the primary coil 16 is also elevated up to approximately 50KC-2MC, and functioning to minute displacement is improved.</p> |
