PURPOSE:To effectively heat and cook by constituting a heat generating body by ceramics so that the radiation area is widened and uniformly radiated by a material radiates in a large quantity the waveform of an infrared area of more than 2.5mum which is effective for heating the provisions, and rapidifying the rising of the temperature. CONSTITUTION:Three pieces of ceramics cut with a diamond cutter, obtained by adding aluminum titanate (TiO2.Al2O3) to a cordylite composition (2MgO. 2Al2O3.5SfO2) obtained by burning a material excellent in the heat resistance such as stainless steel or the like, are arranged, and a stopper 2 is fixed thereto by screws to constitute a heat generating body 4. In the material described above, the radiation energy of a waveform of 2.5mum of the full radiation energy occupies 93%, and the effective heating of the provisions becomes possible. |
