PURPOSE:To improve electric power generating efficiency in such a way of lifting a wind-driven electric power generator of whose stator has the tail in mid air by an air-lifter. CONSTITUTION:A spherical balloon 1 covered with nylon net 2 is suspended with a mooring cable 3 providing a Darius a wind-mill 4 at the position directly below the balloon 1 through mooring cables 3, 8 to the surface of ground. A wind-driven electric power generator 9 is directly connected at the lower part of the Darius wind- mill 4. Besides, a tail 12 is fixed on the electric power generator 9 so as to provide wind receiving bases in a proper size which are assembled crosswise in the vertical 10 and horizontal 11 to a stator on its outside can not be turned. Though when it receives a strong wind 13 in mid air, the balloon 1 is drifted leeward, and the mooring cables 3, 8 are tilted leeward, not alone the tail 12 will not turn held by the wind receiving bases 11, 12 in spite of wind force 13, but also it works so as to hold the vertical to the central shaft 5 of the wind-mill 4. This facilitates to efficiently turn the rotor of the electric power generator 9. |
