<p>The housing is a tubular socket with threads on its outside for fixing it to the fixed frame while in the centre, a bore receives the end of the casement bolt. The bore has an outside longitudinal groove aiding fixed frame entry and a transverse groove acting as a screwdriver slot. As the housing is turned, so the eccentric inner bore moves w.r.t. the fixed outer axis ensuring a fine adjustment to casement bolt entry, the latter being aided by the conical entry to the housing.</p> |
