PURPOSE:Ground fish meat is combined with water, further with fish meat fibers and formed by heating into a shape, thus producing the objective paste food product having a unique texture that conventional paste food cannot give, platability and good taste. CONSTITUTION:Frozen ground meat of fish is cut, ground, combined with salt, a fine rice powder, sugar and a phosphate salt and they are kneaded. The resultant ground meat is combined with the same or half volume of water to soften the meat. Meanwhile, fish meat fillets are passed through a stamp-type fish meat collector, e.g., with through holes of about 8mm. diameter to collect the fish meat fiber 2 separated from bones and skins. Then, the ground fish meat 1 and fish meat fiber 2 are mixed, formed and heated to give the objective product. |
