PURPOSE:To increase the reliability of documents made at the reception side, by transmitting the date displayed with a clock with calendar of high accuracy incorporated in a transmission side device together with documents, and printing the date of clock on the documents made with the received content at the reception side. CONSTITUTION:Documents to be transmitted are made by depressing keys on a keyboard 7 connected at a CPU2 at a sender. In this case, while checking an associated display device 11, mistake to make documents produced due to mis-keying is immediately discovered and corrected. Further, the content of documents made is stored in the CPU2. At a transmission side, the content stored in the CPU2 is transmitted, which is connected to a reception side device 5 by using telephone lines 4. Documents are formed by the content received with the device 5. In this case, the date and time of a clock 10 with calendar with high accuracy together with the content of the CPU12 are transmitted and printed on the formed documents. Thus, the reliability of the documents is increased. |
