发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF VIBRATION-PROOF STEEL PLATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a vibration-proof steel plate having a high vibration damping capability by subjecting a steel plate containing specific proportions of C, Mn, sol Al, N, Ti, Nb, Ta, and Zr to a cold plastic deformation at a specific elongation percentage. CONSTITUTION:A steel containing 0.002-0.080wt% C, 0.03-3.00wt% Mn, 0.50wt% or less sol Al, 0.001-0.02wt% and one or more of N, 1.0wt% or less Ti, 1.0wt% or less Nb, 1.0wt% or less Ta, and 1.0wt% or less Zr is cast into ingots. The cast ingots ar hot-rolled or are annealed and then cold-rolled. And, the steel plate thus obtained is subjected to a cold rolling and cold working under cold tension to give it a plastic deformation at a 17-20% elongation percentage. To the steel plate composition is added, as needed, appropriate amounts of Si, P, S, Pb, etc., as elements capable of raising its strength and vibration damping capability. Thus, a vibration-proof steel plate which is free of the lowering of its vibration damping capability even when subjected to plastic working or aging treatment can be obtained at low cost.
