NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I [R<1> is amino or protected amino; R<2> is H, lower aliphatic hydrocarbon group, cyclo(lower)alkyl, etc.; R<3> is thiazolio or pyridynio which may be substituted with halogen, etc.] and its salt. PROCESS:The compound of formula I is prepared by reacting the compound of formula II (R<4> is a group which can be substituted with R<3>) or its salt with the compound of formula III (R<3a> is thiazol which may be substituted with proper substituent group or pyridine which is substituted with halogen, etc.) in a solvent such as a phosphate buffer solution, pref. a solvent having strong polarity, if necessary in the presence of a base at room temperature under mild heating or heating. |
