The invention relates to a removable holder for a rock-cutting pick. The holder consists of a part (1) which is firmly connected to a mining machine and of a further part (12) which is releasably connected to the first part (1) and carries the cutting pick (14). One of the members which contain the first and the second part (1, 12) is formed in such a way that it has a groove (11), and the other member is provided with a tongue (13) in such a way that the latter can be inserted into the groove, the tongue (13) being provided with a part (5) which projects from the tongue on the longitudinal side and is formed in such a way that it engages in a corresponding recess (3) in the member having the groove, while the member having the groove is provided with a part (4) which lies transversely to the longitudinal direction of the groove and is designed in such a way that the tongue can reach underneath it, as a result of which the first and the second part can be firmly but releasably connected to one another. <IMAGE> |
