The seat has a fixed frame angle iron (1) and a moving frame (2) that gives height adjustment. The fixed frame has a circular orifice whose edge (3) froms a rotation bearing (with centre O') while a plate (4) has a socket extension (8) forming a second rotation bearing with a centre (O) parallel to the first (O') but eccentric to it. A third bearing (11,12), which is a split bearing, fills the gap between the other bearings locking them together, while a moving handle (10) rotates an intermediate piece freeing the split bearing against the action of a spring (15) and allowing the piece (4) to rotate lifting the seat.
