PRODUCTION OF EDGE FOR SPEAKER DIAPHRAGM

摘要

PURPOSE:To enhance the yield to a raw material, by forming an edge through giving a heating press processes with use of a mold to an edge component piece produced consistently from a columnar raw material. CONSTITUTION:A base material 4 constituting a cylindrical edge is punched and formed from a columnar raw material 3 obtained by giving a mixing and stirring plus a foaming to the edge materials. The material 4 is cut with a prescribed thickness in the direction orthogonal to the direction of axis length to form a ring-shaped edge component piece 4a. The piece 4a is put into a lower die 2 and then receives a heating and pressing process with use of a force plug 1 and the die 2. Thus an edge is obtained. Furthermore, small-sized edge base materials 4' is punched successively out of the residual part 3b that the material 4 has been punched, thereby the residual part is used effectively.
