METHOD FOR DEGREASING COMPACT TO BE SINTERED

PURPOSE:To accelerate the infiltration of an extractant into a compact and to remarkably reduce the extracting time by selecting the extractant so that the plural org. compds. constituting an org. binder are simultaneously extracted. CONSTITUTION:A compact to be sintered obtained by injection-molding the kneaded material of a sintering powder and an org. binder consisting of >=2 kinds of org. compds. is degreased by this method. In this case, the extractant is selected so that the org. compds. substantially constituting the org. binder are simultaneously extracted, and the compact is extracted so that a part of the org. compds. are extracted and 15-80wt.% of the org. binder is left. The remaining org. binder is then removed from the component by heating.
