<p>PURPOSE:To provide the flow analyzing and estimating system of an injection mold for quantitatively estimating the dimensions of the flow path of resin on the basis of the scientific calculation in order to prevent burning as poor appearance at injection molding from developing. CONSTITUTION:The change of the characteristic values at positions is calculated by changing the diameters at the respective positions on the basis of the result of the initial analysis at a characteristic calculating section 12, which calculates the characteristic values at the respective positions under the initial conditions of the diameter of a sprue, the diameter of a runner and the diameter of a gate on the basis of the result of the analysis at a filling analyzing section 11, in which the distributions of pressure, temperature and the like are calculated by carrying out the resin filling analysis under the condition that the rate of resin flow, the diameter of the gate and the like are used as parameters.</p> |
