PURPOSE:To prevent the breaking of a thin flange section by a method wherein a molding is released from a fixed mold and a cavity plate by an inner circumference of the first stripper, and the molding is released from the first stripper by the second stripper. CONSTITUTION:A core 8, a moving plate 9 and a mounting plate 11 at the moving side are backed, partitioning surfaces 27 are opened, are further backed, while a chain 36 is stretched and strippers 23,26 are pulled and circumference dividing surfaces 24 are opened. The core 8, etc. are retreated only by a distance A, and the strippers 23,26 are retreated only by a distance B by means of a stripper plate 40 and a bolt 41 and stopped. A molding 1 remaining in a fixed mold 2 and a cavity plate 21 is released at that time, and the molding 1 is released unforcedly because an extruding area of the stripper 23 is large. The stripper 26 is moved only by a distance C by means of an oil pressure cylinder 37, whicl the molding 1 is released from the stripper 23 and the molding 1 is pushed down with hands. |
