PURPOSE:To simplify the work of manufacturing a magnetic circuit and to enhance the accuracy of the circuit by securing permanent magnets to the outer peripheral surface of a jig with resin, grinding the magnets, associating the magnets on the inner peripheral surface of a yoke with another resin and removing only the jig by utilizing the difference of the properties of the resins. CONSTITUTION:Dovetail slots 31a are formed on the outer periphery of a circular plate 31 to engage circular arc-shaped permanent magnets 2, and a grinding jig 3 is thus formed. Permanent magnets 2 are secured to the grooves 31a of the jig 3 with heat softening resin, and are ground on the outer peripheral surfaces until they match the inner diameter of the yoke 1. Subsequently, the permanent magnets 2 are associated within the inner periphery of the yoke 1 while they are secured to the jig 3, and are bonded to the yoke 1 with thermosetting resin. The entirety is then heated to melt the thermosetting resin, and only the jig 3 is removed. The resin may employ resins, one of which can be dissolved in a solvent and the other of which can not be dissolved in the solvent. |
