PURPOSE:To provide a copying device suppressing the degradation of the picture quality on a recording medium due to the writing of additional information. CONSTITUTION:This copying device 1 can automatically copy the pictures on both surfaces of a document to both surfaces of the recording medium and also forcedly writes and copies the additional information other than the picture information of the document at the time of copying the document. The copying device 1 is provided with a both surface copy discriminating means 100 for discriminating both surface copy of the recording medium and an additional information write means 101 for writing the additional information on either the front or back surface of the recording medium when both surface copy is discriminated by a both surface copy discriminating means 100. |
