PURPOSE:To obtain a film with structure in which a large number of box-shaped projections with uniform depth are closely arranged by using a netty material in place of the use of a mold which regulates the external forms of the box-shaped projections after pressure forming or vacuum forming. CONSTITUTION:A film 1 in thermoplastic resin heated and softened is located in parallel with a perforated plate 2 in a stacking shape, these are advanced at uniform velocity in the same direction, the film is projected toward the perforated plate and formed into a bent film, and the bent film is used as a strong vessel for packing suitable for containing various articles in said box-shaped projections. An article is also used which is manufactured by pasting another film to an opening section of the bent film. A netty material 8 is inserted between the film and the perforated plate when forming, the netty material is kept under a stretched condition and located in parallel with the perforated plate, the netty material is advanced together with the film and the box-shaped projections with uniform depth are formed by means of pressure forming or vacuum forming. |
