PURPOSE:To make A/D conversion high-speed, by transmitting an analog reference signal continuously, and making A/D conversion in parallel for analog information through the transmission of a digital signal from a counter in synchronization with the analog reference signal. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 5 is turned off, a capacitor 6 is charged and analog reference voltage X is increased continuously. Further, a digital signal transmitted from a counter 12 is sequentially changed. Comparator circuits 3-1-3-n compare analog information 2-1-2-n with voltage X to control memories 9-1-9-n with a signal produced at the time point of coincidence, and a signal outputted by the counter 12 is written in the memories 9-1-9-n. A control circuit 13 controls a decoder 14 to fetch a signal written in the memories 9-1-9-n for prescribed processing, and the result is outputted. |
