PURPOSE:To remove the liquid remained in grinding swarf with good efficiency by scattering and conveying mangetic attracting materials at the time of separating cutting fluid from the materials to be cut contained in cutting fluid or the like after grinding. CONSTITUTION:At the time when permanent magnets 1 turn and in the position where they detach from the top surface of the inside surface 8 of a trough, the permanent magnets 1' turn counterclockwise to the positions of the inside side surface 9 of the trough and since they are provided in the positions advanced by the distances requird for magnetic atracting forces in the direction of a top end 11, the magnetic attracting materials on the inside side surfaces 8 of the trough scatter and stick to the positions of the inside side surfaces 9 in contact with the permanent mangets 1' of increased magnetic forces. When these permanent magnets 1' turn counterclockwise, the mangetic attracting materials scattered and stuck on the inside surfaces of the through are scattered and stuck on the inside side surfaces 8 by the permanent magnets 2 turned clockwise. In this way, the mangetic attracting materials are scattered and stuck, whereby the cutting fluid is removed. |
