<p>PURPOSE: To form a multicolored fine pattern of high precision on a transparent substrate such as a glass plate with good workability by specifying the contact angle hysteresis of a colored photosensitive resin layer which is fused by heating. CONSTITUTION: A contact angle hysteresisθn is defined byθn=θa'-θr, whereinθr is a backward contact angle when a color photosensitive resin layer is peeled from a base film andθa' is a forward contact angle when the color photosensitive resin layer is adhered to a transparent glass substrate. To carry out the transfer process in a good state,θn is required to be <=10 degrees. The forward contact angle and the backward contact angle are measured by depositing the color photosensitive resin layer each on a base film and a transparent substrate which are both vertically held, and heating and fusing the resin at the same temp. as the temp. of heating in the transfer process.</p> |
