PURPOSE:To prevent the increase of the length in axial direction caused by a terminal metal fitting as well as to secure the space for the electric parts to be assembled in the inner part of a bearing stand by a method wherein a bearing stand is formed in conical shape protruding toward outside. CONSTITUTION:The bearing stand 1 of synthetic resin is formed into conical shape in such manner that it is thick in the center part and is becoming thinner in tapered form toward the outer circumference. Then, after the lead wire 25 of the electric parts for internal assembling such as a rectifying diode and the like has been press- fitted into the press-fitting section 12c formed at a terminal metal fitting 12, the metal fitting 12 is press-fitted and fixed at the prescribed section on the bearing stand 1 and at the same time, an outer lead-out section 12a is formed in such manner that it is protruding to outside from the tapered section 1a of the bearing stand 1. Through these procedures, the increase in the length in axial direction is restrained and also a sufficiently wide space for the electric parts can be obtained. |
