PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the micromzation of mist by providing collision boards, outside the impeller in the radial direction, pitched at an equal angle and satisfying a specified correlationship with the impeller base board. SOLUTION: An impeller 3 has a disk-shape base board 3a arranged concentrically with a casing 1, and a ring-shape board 3c piled on the base board 3a in parallel therewith a very small gap between them through the intermediary of a spacer 3b. Several curved collision boards 6 are arranged, at a pitch of 2π/N (N: number of collision boards 6) radian, located outside the impeller in the radial direction and spanning from the top surface height of the base board 3a to the bottom surface height of the topmost ring-shape disk 3c. The correlationship line L involving the parts of the collision boards 6 protruding into the casing 1 and the rear side relative to the rotating direction of the ring-shape boards 3c is the locus of an end T2 of a string T wound about the outer circumference of the ring-shape disk 3, with the other end T1 fixed to a point on the outer circumference of the ring-shape disk 3c and with the said end T2 positioned on the inner circumference of the casing 1.
