PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to provide a fixed display part and moving display part separately by obtaining a scan address for moving display in a longitudinal direction by increasing or decreasing the value of scroll control data by one for every field. CONSTITUTION:When the longitudinal scan address of a moving display part is extracted until it corresponds to the last horizontal scanning line number, preset data from a data switching circuit 16 is supplied to a presettable counter 17. A microcomputer 1, on the other hand, is programmed to increase the value of the scroll control data in an RAM3 by one, for example, in response to every vertical synchronizing signal (b). Consequently, the scan address from the counter is supplied to a display memory 12 by a horizontal synchronizing signal (a) while corresponding to a horizontal scanning line number less by one in every field. Consequently, a display memory for fixed pictures and another display memory for moving pictures are provided relating to each other and only one display memory is required. |
