PURPOSE:To enable the adjustment of the amount of heat supplied by continuously mounting an exhaust cylinder with an air ejector to a combustion cylinder when a waste organic matter of a used tire, etc. is changed into combustible gas under a dry distilation condition and the combustible gas is mixed with air and burnt in the combustion cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A large number of used tires S are charged from a charging port 2 and piled, blowers 3, 3' are started, and the used tires S are ignited by means of an igniter T and burnt. The inside of a dry-distillation tower 1 is turned into an red hot condition by the heat of combustion generated, the used tires S are dry-distilled and decomposed into molecular granule hydrocarbon and combustible gas is generated. The combustible gas is mixed with air from airpipes 4, 4', supplied to a combustion cylinder 7, ignited by means of an igniter T' and burnt. Combustion gas generated in the combustion cylinder is introduced into a flue 9 of a heat exchanger 8, and circulation water is heated. When excessive heat is added to the heat exchanger 8 at that time, the heat is detected by means of a thermocouple 11, an air ejector 13 is actuated, one section of combustion gas is discharged and the amount of heat supplied is controlled. |
