PURPOSE:To debug a program easily with a simple constitution, by using a PROM for changing and debugging of the program as a chip unit and by providing an RAM in a device. CONSTITUTION:A PROM3 is inserted to a socket 11, and a mode change-over switch 14 is set to mode 1 to execute a program 1, and data of the PROM3 is transferred to an RAM12. Next, mode 2 is set to debug the program, and the RAM12 is accessed in stead of the PROM3. Next, an unwritten PROM is inserted to the socket 11, and the switch 14 is set to mode 3 to execute a program 2. Data of the PROM3 from the leading address to the end address are read in order by the program 2 and are written in the same addresses as the unwritten PROM inserted to the socket 11 for PROM, thereby completing debugging. |
